• Should be able to handle minimum 15-20 FTEs.
• Commitment for excellence/Decisiveness/Strategic perspective/Build & maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of Workflow tools.
• IT savvy, Should be able to drive process improvement & automation / Presentation skills / Problem solving skills / Exposure to audits.
