Job Description:

• Conduent is hiring freshers for Procurement Associate.
• Job Role: Accounting Services Associate.
• Work Mode: 5 Days – Work from office.
• Shift: Night Shift -US Shift.
• Work Location: Bangalore (ITPL).

Eligibility Criteria:

• BCOM/MCOM/BBA/MBA (Any Finance background).
• Experience Required: Freshers & Fluent in English Communication.

Skills/Experience:

• Fresher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learning skills and adaptability required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement buying activities.
• Responsible for converting Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders.
• Process Purchase Orders in SAP by gathering information from internal teams, suppliers, and buyer locations.
• Utilize the purchasing process, including bid list selection, RFQ development, supplier selection, obtaining sourcing approvals, contract or purchase order issuance, and completion of filing requirements.
