Job Description:

• [24]7.ai Fixed-Term Hiring International Chat Process.
• We are hiring for an International Chat Process on a 3-4 month fixed-term contract.
• Contract Duration: 3-4 months
• Date of Joining: 20 September 2026.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Job Requirements:

• Provide customer support and resolve queries through chat and electronic communication.
• Good written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.
• Comfortable working in US rotational shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs; no fixed Saturday/Sunday off.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: PUC/Intermediate/10+3 Diploma/Graduation.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Regular college students/pursuing regular studies are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

• Take-home Salary: 15,000/month after deductions
• Retention Bonus: 5,000/month, payable after successful completion/closure of the contract
• Monthly payslips will be provided.
• Experience letter will be provided after contract completion.
• Free 2-way transportation: Home Pickup & Drop
• STW Allowance: 3,300 for eligible male employees
• Date of Joining and Last Working Date will be mentioned in the offer letter.

WFH/WFO:

• Multiple requirements available: WFO and Hybrid (WFH + WFO).
• Work mode depends on the business requirement.
• For WFH, the required equipment will be provided, and candidates should have a suitable space at home to work without disturbance.
• Candidates must be within the 23 km hiring radius and flexible to visit the office when required.
