Job Description:

• Greetings from CGS! We are hiring for Technical Support (Voice Process) to join our dynamic team supporting the Rotational Shifts.
• Process: International Voice Process.
• Shift: Night Shift (Cabs provided for night shifts; Day shift during training (One Month)- own transport required).
• Training Period: 6 days/week
• Post-Training: 5 days/week (Rotational Week offs)
• Work Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (Work from Office).

Salary Details:

• Freshers: 16,000-20,000 (In-hand).
• Experienced: 21,000-25,000 (In-hand, based on experience and English fluency).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with hardware, software, and networking issues via voice support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using provided tools and escalate as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and resolving issues effectively.
• Adhere to SLAs and maintain KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Work Experience: Freshers to 2 years (All are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English).
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.
• Immediate joiners only.
• No leaves allowed during training.

Key Skills:

• OS troubleshooting (Windows XP, 8, 10).
• Hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, VPNs, AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with Network Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP).
• SLA management and ticketing.
