About the Role:

• We are looking for a motivated and high-potential Trainee Consultant to join our SAP consulting team.
• This role is ideal for individuals who demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, a learning mindset, and an interest in sustainability and enterprise software solutions.
• The trainee will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to support SAP implementation, analysis, and sustainability-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP implementation and enhancement projects under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and preparation of functional or technical deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal discussions.
• Prepare clear and structured presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Analyze business problems and contribute to solution design through critical thinking.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Gain exposure to sustainability concepts such as ESG, carbon reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
• Continuously learn SAP solutions, business processes, and industry best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Engineering, Management, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 0 to 1 years (Fresh graduates with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Basic awareness of SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sustainability Control Tower, SAP EHS, etc. ).
• Internship or academic project related to sustainability, ERP, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Positive attitude with the right intent to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and accept feedback.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Basic understanding or academic exposure to sustainability concepts (ESG, climate change, emissions, sustainability reporting, etc.).
• Willingness to learn SAP technologies and consulting methodologies.
