Job Description:

• Concentrix Catalyst Walk-in Drive Freshers For Data Entry Operator/Customer Support Representative – Hyderabad.
• Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 4 PM(Fixed shift) & 4:00 PM to 1 AM (Fixed Shift), WFO Only (Mon-Fri).
• Work Location: Uppal NSL SEZ, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate/undergraduate is eligible.
• Work Experience: Fresher.
• Skill Set: Data Entry Operator, Customer Service.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in shifts Day/Night

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with team leads or QA teams for error resolution.
