Job Description:

• Envision is hiring for Trainee Business Analyst.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Degree/Diploma in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, or Business Administration from a recognized university.
• Male Only.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel and work at client locations, including coastal areas in India and internationally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), use cases, and user stories.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and business processes.
• Coordinate with Head Office teams (Developers, Testers, SMEs, and other cross-functional stakeholders) for project execution.
• Support project delivery within defined timelines, including extended working hours when required.
