Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications.

About the Role:

• Position: International Process Customer Support.
• Mode: Work from Office.
• Shift: Night Rotational Shift.

Salary Slabs:

• Voice Salary: 19K To 28K ( Take Home After all deductions).
• Semi voice Salary: 15k to 26k (Take Home After all deductions).
• Non Voice Salary: 12k to 14k (Take Home after all deductions).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: 12th pass.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone and chat.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
• Use CRM tools effectively.
• Fluent English communication (Voice) is essential.
• Pursuing candidates are not eligible for this role.
