Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Voice Process and Non Voice Process for Freshers/Experience – Hyderabad.
• Night Shifts – Rotational Shifts.
• Company provides two-way transportation facility.

Salary:

• Fresher – 3,00,000 LPA – 20000/- as Take Home.
• Experience – 3.5 LPA – 4LPA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via calls and chat for international customers.
• Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
• Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
• Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
• Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Night/Rotational Shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced for International Process.
• Minimum of two years college education.
• Able to read, write and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with custom comprehend and follow instructions.
• Prior experience in international chat support (Sale) will be an added advantage.
