Job Description:

• EUC Admin – Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and windows operating system and embedded OS related issues, desktop applications and LAN for Desktops and Knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer, Android, IPhone, I pad etc. and related issues.
• Knowledge in Shrink wrapped products like Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite, Dream weaver, Outlook.
• Knowledge on antivirus client software installations, patch and hotfix installations and troubleshooting.
• Infra Monitoring and Basic Administration – IT Infrastructure Health Monitoring using enterprise tools and customized scripts and Handling basic administration based on Standard operating procedures

Job Responsibilities:

• As an Engineer, you are responsible for providing support for troubleshooting requirements in the Engineering, Infrastructure service or Product/Package Implementation space.
• You are expected to apply know-how with minimal or broad supervision and be involved in implementation, integrated testing, debugging and documentation and may be required to work as on-call support or in shifts.
