Job Description:

• [24]7.ai Immediate Hiring International Voice Process – Spot Offer – Hyderabad.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat and provide resolution accordingly.
• Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts Login)
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
• Date of Joining : 30th Apr 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.

Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
• Good written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
