Job Description:

• Zycus is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer for its internal IT team.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of Network and IT infrastructure and good communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ideal candidate would have:

• Freshers can apply.
• Nice to have 1-2 of Experience in troubleshooting operating systems, hardware & software.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Experience in Office 365.
• Good logical ability & time management skills.
• Smart approach towards incident management.
• The ability to communicate with overseas customers and problem solving ability by using remote tools like Microsoft Teams, Web Ex etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products viz. Microsoft client operating systems (Windows7/ Windows8, Windows10), Email (Outlook), File & Print service, MS office, and various business applications etc.
• Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to all technology peripherals viz. desktops, thin clients, laptop, printers and scanners etc.
• Migration and Deployment of Desktops and laptops build as per company standards.
• Communicating with overseas customers and solving their desktop related problems by using remote tools like Skype for Business, Web Ex etc.
• Supporting desktop maintenance, security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management
• Interacting technical people at a variety of levels as well as ability to address technical issues with non-technical associates.
