Job Description:

• Selected candidate will act as a bridge between the support engineer and the Developer.
• Excellent communication skills, logical thinking and must have programming bent too.
• The role will involve you to debug the issue which wasn’t reported or hardly reported in the testing environment.
• Should be able to fix issues with proper understanding of the code and move further it to the deployment team.
• This role will require you to wear multiple hats.
• Willing to work in night shift.

Note:

• First, there will be a general written test conducted to understand your programming and analytical skills.
• Then, we’ll have an intensive 2-3 week second round where you’ll be given multiple programming questions to solve.
• Based on your performance in the second round, you’ll be provided with internships.
• You’ll be constantly evaluated during your incubation process and exemplary performance as an intern will result in an interview to join as Zoho employee.
• The incubation to interview process usually takes 2 to 3 months or sometimes lesser based on your programming expertise.
• Unsatisfactory performance during the internship will have you excluded from the interview process.
