Job Description:

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team.
  • This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Start Date: 14th April 2025.
  • Duration: 6 months.
  • Stipend: Rs. 10,000/- per month.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or Recently Completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on different hiring platforms.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
