Job Description:
- Yash Technologies, a leading enterprise business and technology solution partner for medium and large global customers, is seeking trainee level professionals for the IT Service Desk, someone who thrives on challenges and desires to make a real difference in the business world.
- The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have completed BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in or after the year 2017, 2018 and 2019 with minimum 65% Marks.
- Good Knowledge of basic networking skills.
- Good Knowledge in Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of Windows servers.
- Knowledge of System administration tasks.
- Good troubleshooting skills to manage system hardware, network, and operating system problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects.
- Good Voice Support experience
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow ticketing tools is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage a variety of technically complicated tasks effectively.
- Should be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Experience in Remote support and troubleshooting skills.
- Add and remove Hardware accessories /devices and peripherals.
- Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high-quality standards.
