Job Description:

• Application with Wipro regarding Trainee position for Coimbatore location.
• Service Agreement: 18 Months of Service Agreement.
• Work Location: Coimbatore – S.F.No.426/1,426/2and 427/1, Elcot Special Economic Zone, Vilankurichi Village, NorthTaluk,Coimbatore-641004,Tamil Nadu

Eligibility Criteria:

• 60% in current degree, No Current Backlogs till 7 Semester.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Trainee is  responsible for configuring and testing Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients requirements.
• Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis.
• Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA.
• This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming (logical reasoning, analytical skills), systems configuration and testing related to systems that support human resource functions.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles/concepts.
• Knowledge in Simple & Complex SQL Queries.
• Writes intermediate SQL queries.

Communication and Excellence:

• Excellent logical and communication skills (Oral, written and listening ability).

Interview Rounds:

• 1st Level – GATE Online assessment (Questions related to Mathematics, Reasoning, English, Grammatical, behavioral) Scheduled on 10th Jan & 11th Jan, 10 AM to 1 PM.
• 2nd Level – HR Screening (Ms teams Connect).
• 3rd Level – Managerial Interview (Inperson Interview- Scheduled drive invite will be shared post 1st GATE results).

• Final Interview Location & Date: Will be updated once the first level of gate assessment is cleared.
