Job Description:

• Respond to requests from end users, managers and team members for specific IT services.
• Communicate through email, individual discussion, group meetings, and presentations to end users and management.
• Pending request to be reviewed on daily basis.
• All tickets assigned should be addressed and closed inportal.
• 100% of SLA to be met every day and confirmation should be shared to in-charges.
•  Highlight challenges get the issues in location addressed on priority which could delay operations.
• Attend meeting or training’s conducted by central team regarding process or policy update.
• The Engineers will be deployed full-time as per the project timings as required

Job Responsibilities:

• As an Engineer, you are responsible for providing support for troubleshooting requirements in the Engineering, Infrastructure service or Product/Package Implementation space.
• You are expected to apply know-how with minimal or broad supervision and be involved inimplementation, integrated testing, debugging and documentation and may be required to work as on-call support or in shifts.
