Job Description:

• Wipro Walk-in Drive For Freshers – Associate Position – Bangalore.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Comprehending the Customer complaints and User generated tickets.
• Data Annotation and Labelling (2D & 3D) as per Policy Guidelines/LIDAR image labelling.
• Consistently exceed productivity and Quality.
• Should be able to provide updates/best practice sharing to the team.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Handle customer inquiry functions.
• Should be punctual and should posses proactive approach.
• Keeping a great relationship with all the Client.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification is Graduate.
• Results pending would not be eligible.
• 2022 and above passed out are eligible, Original certificates are mandatory (PDC and all semester mark sheets).

Desired Skills:

• Good knowledge of AI/ML, Data annotations, labelling.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication.
• Aurora labelling knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Should adhere to the company policies.

Additional Comments:

• Immediate joining Preferred.
• Good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Should have good typing speed.
