Job Description:
- Wipro is hiring for Network Engineer – Pune.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should be a Graduate.
- Rotational shift, with rotational week offs (working flexibility on weekends is required).
- Voice 50%, Non Voice 50%.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Validate order as per the scope of work.
- Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation.
- Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build.
- Review the network design shared by design team.
- Built network config as per the scope and design.
- Join customer edge device activation calls, lead the call and deploy the required device configuration.
- Coordinating with L2 tech’s for complex issues.
- Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders.
