Job Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Support on the Following Platforms:  Windows Server 2008 | Windows XP SP3 | Windows 7 |   Windows 8 | Windows 8.1 |   Windows 10

Windows Server:

• Installing and troubleshooting the server.
• Troubleshooting and monitoring the event ids.
• Regular Se rver backups and restoration.
• Active Directory and Group Policies. U ser accounts and permissions.
• Analysis of User Group me mberships within Windows AD.
• Created and implemented recommendations to improve scalability and performance.
• Working closely with IT Security towards resolving Access conflicts and File Permission Requests.

Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10:

• Installing and troubleshooting and patching the Desktop operating systems
• Troubleshooting issues relat ed to business applications.
• Installation and troubleshooting the Email Clients like as MS Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows Live mail, Lotus notes.

Network Infrastructure Support:

• Installation Hubs, Switch, Routers, and Ethernet Cards (wireless).
• Installation of Network printers & scanners.
• Installation and troubleshooting of all types of Data cards.

Application Support on the Following Platforms:

• MS Office 2003, 2007, 2010,2013 | Adobe Products | Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager | Symantec Endpoint Protection Client | Microsoft Dynamics Navision | Installation of Focus (ERP).
• Installing configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft product s.
• Adding and deleting the users in the database.
• Database backup & Restoration.
• Support for the Antivirus Installation conflicts.
