Job Description:

• We are planning a Walk-in Drive for the role of Technical Support and are looking for enthusiastic immediate joiners who are interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced support environment.
• Job Role: Technical Support Executive.
• Joining: Immediate/Early Joiners Preferred.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers can apply if found smart, quick leaner and excellent communication with SQL understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the KPI metricss.
• Handle volumes by email and call.
• Provide end to end solution for every case.
• Research or analyse the issues to find root causes and fix them immediately.

Mandatory Expectations:

• Hybrid work model Candidates should be local to Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
• Fixed night shift Shift timings may be 6 PM/9 PM.
• Must be willing to work on India and US holidays.
• Rotational weekly off.
• Experience in writing or customizing SQL queries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (90%+ occupancy).
• Expected CTC aligned with the budget.
• Ready for a year commitment clause.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client relationship skills.
