Job Description:
- Thryve Digital is hiring for Process Analyst (Customer Support Associate) – Hyderabad and Chennai Locations.
- Review imaged inquiries from assigned image queues to determine coverage and apply processing requirements.
- Perform research & data entry using appropriate information for each inquiry in different applications and release assigned inquiries.
- Based on research that is completed, the inquiries then need to route to the appropriate Customer Service area for review and resolution based on the router strings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are eligible.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good keyboard skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Verification of the patient data mentioned in the medical records.
- Ensure the inquiries are reviewed as per procedures and completed.
- Ensure activities are processed as per work instructions and escalate to the Team Leader in case of any deviation / clarification.
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
- Suggest areas of improvement in the process.
- Maintains accurate records, including timekeeping records.
- Meets all production and quality standards.
- Ready to work in shifts as required.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
