Job Description:

• Thinkbridge is hiring software apprentices with a passion for problem solving via technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solve business problems by learning to see programming as a tool.

Must Have:

• Completed bachelors degree in CS/IT or any equivalent degree.
• Fundamental knowledge of C and C++ programming, databases, Operating system, and data structures.
• Knowledge of Flowcharts, Pseudocode codes, and basic algorithms.
• Adaptive learner who is ready to learn and adopt to technologies.
• Analytical thinking with effective communication and behavioral skills.
• Diligent and cheerful outlook.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Should have completed any project by self-written code and able to present correctly.
• Any certification of training completion in Web Technologies, .NET and Angular preferred.
• Knowledge of source control and code management.

Selection Process:

• Offline Technical test.
• Offline Technical Interview.
• Behavioral Screening includes two rounds of interviews.
• On selection, an offer of 4.5 LPA as a apprentice software engineer.
• Please note upon clearing the online test, candidates have to come to Pune Office for technical interviews.

Probation:

• As part of the probation, the candidate would get a chance to become part of our thinkbridge initiative thinkschool .
• Thinkschool is our carefully curated finishing program aiming to bridge the gap in technical, behavioral, & cultural elements required to excel in a professional setup.
• It is a comprehensive in-person professional set up, for a duration of about 5-6 months.
• The program would involve thorough evaluations to continuously testing conceptual and behavioural proficiencies of the trainees.
• Upon successful completion of all the above-mentioned parameters, the apprentice would be confirmed to become an Associate Software Engineer with a CTC of 6 LPA.
