- Tech Mahindra is hiring for Voice Process.
- Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.
- Work Location: Secunderabad (Work from Office).
- 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off).
- Pure Dayshifts Only.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Basic English and good communication skills in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, English (Any One Language).
- Freshers and experienced can apply.
- Sales experience would be an advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- No cab facility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide information.
- Explaining about products.
- Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
