- Candidate should be self motivated and willing to learn.
- Ensuring all booking queries gets converted to bookings and eventually to Used Room Nights.
- Scrutinizing/tagging and transferring calls to other teams based on queries.
- Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as Customer Experience and detailed care services provided by company.
- 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM
- 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM
- 4.00 PM – 1.00 AM (only males)
