Eligibility Criteria:
- Basic concepts of Computers & Networking.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook.
- Good to have Knowledge on Active Directory.
- Good to have Knowledge on Exchange 2003 and 2010.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times).
- Responsible for answering inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Responsible for data entries.
- Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool.
- Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Follow-up on tickets created by the agents.
