• Basic concepts of Computers & Networking.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook.
• Good to have Knowledge on Active Directory.
• Good to have Knowledge on Exchange 2003 and 2010.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times).
• Responsible for answering  inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Responsible for data entries.
• Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool.
• Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Follow-up on tickets created by the agents.
