Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Mega Walk-In Drive For Customer Support Executive – Noida.
• Tech Mahindra Noida is Hiring on immediate basis.
• Work from office (Not Hybrid).
• 5 days working.
• 2 days rotational shifts and off’s.
• Salary: Up to 2.5 LPA (CTC) (Depending on interview, experience and skills).

About the Role:

• We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Support team.
• As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
• Provide product/service information and support.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
