Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for a Premium Voice process.
• This is a completely voice process, suitable for candidates with decent communication skills and solid BPO experience.

Work Details:

• 5 Days Working.
• 2 Rotational Week-offs.
• Premium project with stable work environment.
• Day shift for females.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any undergraduate/Graduate (12th pass mandatory).
• Freshers and Experienced both eligible.
• Good command over verbal English.
• Willing to work in rotational week-offs.
• Ready for work-from-office setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries through calls only.
• Responding to customer concerns professionally and accurately.
• Maintaining voice quality, TAT, and compliance standards.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective verbal communication.
