Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Associate Customer Support.
• Industry Type: BPO.
• Employment Type: Part Time, Permanent.
• 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off).
• Per Day 5 hours Login.
• Pure dayshifts only.
• No cab facility.
• Work Location: Pranava One Building 5th Floor Opp: Irrum Metro Station.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Explaining about products.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher and Experience (6 Months on papers).
• Excellent in English and Hindi.
• Sales experience would be an advantage.
• Candidate should be willing to work from office.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Note:

• Candidate should come in Formal Dress.
