Job Responsibilities:

• Customer service attitude.
• Outbound calls.
• Excellent Communication skills: Should be able to speak well in English & Hindi.
• 24/7 Rotational Shift, 6 Days working, 1 Rotational Off.

Pre-Requisites Model:

• Personal Computer or Laptop.
• Working charger.
• Active camera.
• Mobile Phone for call handling / Headset including Mic.
• Working/Fully functional (in a good condition) asset.
• System Config – RAM in Laptop/Desktop – 4 to 8GB RAM Proceser-I3 and above, 500 GB hard disk (Most suitable for WFH).
• Genuine Windows win 10 (License Version), IE10.
• High Speed broadband Connectivity or Wi-Fi/Dongle.
• Minimum speed requirement is 5 MBPS.
• Hands free headset is required.
• Require Internet Explorer version is 10 or above with .NET framework 4.0 or above.

Salary:

• Salary 12752/- per month (80% fixed + 20% variable) + Internet Allowance.
