Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Hiring For Customer Support (Hindi/English Language).
• Hiring for Freshers Graduates 2023/24 passout with all documents along with CC & PC.
• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.
• Work Location: Hi-tech City (Work from Office).
• 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off).
• Pure day shifts only.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduation who holds certificates.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English&Hindi (Hindi is Mandatory).
• Freshers with good communication in English & Hindi can apply.
• Voice/Semi Voice/Tele calling/Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
• Candidate should be willing to work from office.
• Good typing skills (25-30 WPM).
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Salary:

• CTC Freshers: 2,40,000 & Experience: 2,70,000.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling customer & merchant calls.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Rounds of Interview:

• HR & Operation round along with Versant Test.
