Qualification: BSc, BCom, BA, BBA, BPharma

Job Description:

• Knowledge on at least any one ERP will be preferred, should have good understanding on sales order processes like standard order, trial order, subscription based orders etc.
• Should have very good Excel skills, to generate & publish usage reports of eBooks & Journals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only BSc, BCom, BA, BBA, BPharma Graduates with excellent written and spoken English can apply for this role.

Desired Skills:

• Should have very good Excel skills, to generate & publish usage reports of eBooks & Journals.
• Strong IT skills, including standard MS Office packages, internet and email.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Especially, good written communication skills are essential for collaborating with customers, stake holders & internal team members.
