Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra Hiring for International International Voice Process.
- Shifts: 24/7 work environment.
- Days of Working: 6 days of working.
- Shift: Rotational Shifts.
- Work Location: Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.
- Language Required: Excellent Communication Skills required in both English & Hindi – Mandatory.
- Salary: 14K (In-hand) to Max 20k (In-hand).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate or Under graduate can appear for an interview.
- Work Experience: Fresher.
- Language Required: English & Hindi.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- First line help desk; resolve basic level 1 and some level 2 issues.
