Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Hiring for International International Voice Process.
• Shifts: 24/7 work environment.
• Days of Working: 6 days of working.
• Shift: Rotational Shifts.
• Work Location: Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.
• Language Required: Excellent Communication Skills required in both English & Hindi – Mandatory.
• Salary: 14K (In-hand) to Max 20k (In-hand).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate or Under graduate can appear for an interview.
• Work Experience: Fresher.
• Language Required: English & Hindi.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• First line help desk; resolve basic level 1 and some level 2 issues.
