Job Description:

• TCS Walk-in Drive For Customer Support – Banking Domain (Freshers only).
• This walk-in is only for 2025 & 2026 pass-outs!
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
• Determines requirements by working with customers.
• Resolves problem by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problem.
• Fulfills request by clarifying desired information, completing transaction, forwarding request.
• Gross Sell/Outcalls to customers.

Competencies:

• Clear communication (English/Hindi); vernacular advantage.
• Empathy, patience, problem solving.
• Attention to detail and process discipline.
• Basic Telephone Etiquettes and basic computer skills.
• Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need.
• Agent should be able to communicate in English, Hindi.
• Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning.
• Customer Focus and Being Attentive.

• English + Hindi fluency is mandatory.
