Job Description:
- Synchrony Mega Walk-in drive For International Voice Process – Apprentice.
- Shifts: Rotational Night Shifts.
About the Apprenticeship Program:
- This is a program under the Apprentices Act, 1961 that includes training, classes, and workshops followed by required evaluations.
- On successful completion of the tenure, there will be an opportunity to apply for open roles if any.
- Duration: 8 to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
