Job Description:

• Synchrony Walk-in drive For Apprentice Program – Representative.
• Job Title/Designation: Representative Apprenticeship Program.
• Employment Type: Engagement of Graduate Apprentice (Under The Apprentices Act, 1961).
• Duration: 12 Months.
• Stipend: Rs. 29,000/month.
• Night Shift Allowance: Rs. 4000/- per month (applicable for night shifts).
• Broadband Reimbursement: Rs. 1100/- per month.
• Additional Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, and free transport pick up and drop.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have completed 10+2 or Graduation in any discipline.
• Min 0 to 9 months of experience is mandate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Require someone who can work flexible night shifts/rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn with the Company’s assigned experience Staff; attend trainings, participate in classes and any workshops to complete the prescribed tests, assignments and other required evaluations. Keep a log of everything learned.
• Responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Note:

• On successful completion of 12 months, there will be an opportunity to apply for open roles.
