Job Description:

• Selectsys is Hiring for Fresher Graduates – Process Associate (US-Non Voice Process) – Hyderabad.
• Business Function: US Insurance (Property & Casualty Insurance).
• Sub-Function: Professional Services.
• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Job Overview:

• Process Associates are responsible for processing work in insurance applications, claims, renewals, and other related documents.
• They work to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• This position requires a combination of administrative skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation, offering various opportunities for career growth and specialization within the field.

Salary:

• Gross Salary Provided Per Annum: Salary Rs. 1,80,000/- + Variables.
• Salary Per month: 15,000/- + Variables.
• Additional Variables Per month: 3,500/- to 5,500/-.

• Working Days: 5 in a week.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers with any Graduate/Post Graduate Qualified.
• Male Candidates are Preferred.
• Age not exceed 28 Years.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Typing speed should be 25 words per minute.
• Should be flexible to work at any shift (Day or Night shifts).
• Current requirement is for Male candidates.

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in Night/Rotational shifts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Review and process new insurance applications, verifying the accuracy of the information provided and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
• Handle policy renewals, updates, and cancellations, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in the system.
• Accurately enter and maintain data in insurance databases and systems, ensuring records are up-to date and accurate.
• Assist in the processing of insurance claims by gathering necessary information, entering data into the system, and coordinating with adjusters and other relevant parties.
