Qualification:
- BE/BTech (All Branches Except Computer Science and IT Are eligible).
- BCA/BSc and Undergraduates can apply for the role.
Job Description:
- Shift: Shift for the role will be night. This role is a 24/7 shift and involves 2 weeks of 6 days working.
- Work Location: Anywhere in India (Candidates have to Join Replicon Bangalore Office post pandemic).
Eligibility Criteria (Essential):
- BCA/BSc graduates with knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a any cloud platform.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing concepts.
- Good knowledge on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform will be beneficial.
- Good knowledge of Web servers like IIS, Apache…etc.
- Good knowledge on Windows and Linux server operating systems.
- Good understanding of Web technology, basic networking & hardware knowledge and software applications.
- Basic knowledge of databases like Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc will be an added advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and efficiently new products and tools.
- Ability to follow and update specific work instructions and documentation Ensure high quality for all solutions provided and all changes done in the production environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365.
- Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions to the next level of escalation.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Adhere to the documented incident escalation procedure.
- Collaborate with other operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues.
Adapt to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used within the organization.
Salary:
- Salary for 1st 6 months stipend will be 21,500 PM.
- Post confirmation it will be 3.3 LPA + FebBonus + Night shift allowance.
