Job Description:

• We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineering Trainees to join us in Pune.
• You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally.

What you will bring: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to learn and proactivity work as a part of a wider team.
• Obtained a valid certificate in Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify, organize and update customer contact information.
• Guide customers to register and use Customer Portal.
• Answer customer‘s basic questions about the Red Hat subscription model.
• Support customers on basic issue of using Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Call back customers to track and confirm the current status of the submitted technical issues.
• Network with other talented associates in an inclusive and diverse workplace where you can be yourself and thrive.
