Eligibility Criteria:

• Ability to Install, Configure & Troubleshoot Operating systems and Software applications.
• Good understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP Protocol suite.
• Good troubleshooting approach.
• Good understanding of DNS, FTP, SFTP, DHCP concepts.
• Good understanding on Computer architecture and components (CPU, RAM, Hard disk, etc).
• To have good fundamentals on various networking devices (Routers, Switches, Gateways, Firewalls, VPN server/gateway, etc).

Job Description:

• Install, Configure and Manage various network devices & services (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, CFS, etc).
• Monitor and Manage the Cloud servers deployed in Amazon AWS, Windows Azure, etc.
• Monitor the availability of multiple Internet connections and ensure any identified issues addressed quickly.
• Monitor various network resources utilisation & trending to align the capacity planning.
• Maintenance of user desktops, laptops and other IT Equipments.
• Need to support multiple operating systems used by the users (Windows, Linux and Mac OS).
• Proactive patching of firmware, OS and Antivirus profiles to have a secure and stable system environment.
• Will be managing Unify OpenScape Business (Formerly Siemens EPABX) for various changes and maintenance related to the Telephone infrastructure.
• Work with established configuration and change management practices to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Installation and any ongoing troubleshooting related to installation of various applications used by the developers (IBM Rational tools, Java, Oracle, IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, etc).
