Job Description:
- Prodapt Solutions Fresher Walk-in Drive – Technical/Customer Support Chat – Chennai.
- Technical Support Representatives are responsible for providing premier support and solutions to customers of Internet service and Secure product line.
- Armed with superior technical knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, they provide solutions to customers in a helpful and friendly manner.
- Technical Support Representative will handle incoming questions or concerns from both internal and external customers in support of fiber products.
- The questions or concerns could be received via phone or electronic means, i.e., email, instant messaging, etc. Technical Support Representatives must represent in a manner that earns customer confidence and imparts professionalism by ensuring that every written response, via email or chat has correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Industry – Telecom: Technical support, Networking support, ISP, Internet Broadband, Fiber, Copper.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Only Arts & Science (BA, Bcom, BCA, MCA, BSc) Graduates are eligible.
- BE/B.Tech Not Eligible.
- Excellent Communication, Verbal & Written.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 process (Including Night Shift).
- Work from Office (Mandate).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prefer customer service knowledge, handling agitated customers.
- Prefer basic knowledge of copper and fiber internet connectivity.
- Must have a minimum basic knowledge of internet application software.
- Must have basic knowledge of a variety of operating systems such all supported Windows Suites and Macintosh OS X and above.
- Must have basic knowledge of computer hardware.
- Prefer phone experience in call center environment.
- Must be flexible to working a variety of hours, as the center is open 24×7.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer relations skills.
