Job Description:

• Prodapt Solutions is hiring for Technical/Customer Chat Support Executive – Chennai.
• Job Role: Customer support Associates.
• Work Location: Chennai One, Thoraipakkam.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Fresher can Apply.
• Looking for candidates with IT or Computer Science educational background is mandatory.
• Need good communication.
• Flexible to work from office in night shift and rotational week off.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Assistance: Provide support for telecom systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Customer Support: Assist customers via chat, addressing their technical concerns and providing solutions.
• System Monitoring: Monitor network systems to identify and resolve inconsistencies or issues.
• Documentation: Maintain records of issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Upgrades and Maintenance: Process customer requests for system upgrades and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Collaboration: Work with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Assessments conducted -Get practice and attend he interview:

• 1. Typing (Type Dojo -35 WPM-1 min test).
• 2. English (EF set set – 15 min Test).
