Qualification:
- BE, BTech, ME, MTech, BCA, MCA, BBA, BMS, MBA, BCom, BCom (Hons), BSc, BSc (Hons), BSc (Hotel Management), MSc, MSc (Tech), MSc (Hons), BA, BA (Hons), MA, MA (Hons), Diploma (3 years).
- Year of Passing: 2016-2019 Passouts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is Mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Should be able to speak in Hindi and English.
- Should be able to make calls to customers to resolve the customer issues.
- Atleast 6 months of experience in customer support (preferable)
Job Description:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Training/Probation Period: 45 days.
- Bond: No.
- Date of Joining: Immediate.
- 6 day working.
