Job Description:
- Areas of Responsibility – Platform and Application level Support for Android/iOS based product.
- Technical Competencies – Oracle, Linux, Java (basic).
- Preference would be given to the candidature with Android/iOS Apps technical support background.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the alerts using panels like Zabbix, AppDynamics, EgL etc.
- Helping client’s customer care team via email in resolving issues.
- Providing technical support/ debugging of live issues.
- Performing sanity checks for the services.
- Understanding SQL queries (Oracle) and their execution on Linux system.
- Writing shell scripts on Linux system.
- Task Planning and execution.
- Performing housekeeping activities as per the schedule.
