Job Description:

  •  NTT Global  is hiring Freshers who are 2021 pass out for the position of “Service Desk Agent” at Bangalore location.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in 10th, 10+2 and BE/BTech/MCA is mandatory.

Job Role:

  • Under the service guidance candidates will be designing technical operations for a global delivery center.
  • Work as first line support engineer in industry leading network and security technologies.
  • Would be working for global clients in a 24×7 mode of operations.
  • Investigate first line support calls assigned to them and identify root cause of incidents.
  • Objective would be to ensure zero misses in service level agreement conditions.
  • Ability to communicate well and to capture all pertinent details when required.
  • Work closely with partners and 3rd party vendors where necessary.
  • Where necessary, they escalate requests and exceptions to the 2nd line support team.
  • NTT would provide required technical and process trainings.

Job Requirement:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory and prerequisite.
  • Exposure to gathering, validating, and documenting requirements, modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements; identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Creating functional specifications for software solutions.
  • Possess creative problem-solving skills.
  • Should be able work in a multi team and multi-location team environment.
  • Any previous training/knowledge/certifications in any of network and security technologies is an added advantage.
