Job Description:

• NTT Data Walk-In Drive Freshers For AR Callers.
• International Voice Process.
• Night Shift.

• Basic understanding of accounts, finance, or billing concepts is an added advantage’

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle international outbound and/or inbound voice calls as part of the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, interacting with overseas clients/customers professionally and confidently.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, invoices, and account statements to ensure timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Address customer queries related to billing discrepancies, payment terms, invoice clarifications, and account balances with accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain detailed records of all conversations, commitments, and payment updates in the system as per process guidelines and compliance standards.
• Meet daily and monthly productivity targets including call volumes, collection goals, and quality benchmarks defined by the organization.
• Coordinate with internal finance, billing, and operations teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth closure of accounts.
• Adhere to company policies, international calling etiquette, and data security guidelines while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
