Job Description:
- NTT Data is hiring For Networking Role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Good written and verbal communication skills – English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, office automation products, and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
- Certification – MCP, A+, N+ preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Passion to solve complex hardware and software issues.
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
- Good/Basic technical skills in solving desktop issues with Windows OS, Mail Client (Outlook), End-user network issues, Printer issues, MS Office issues.
- Responding to End User support requests via Phone, Chat, Email, etc.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting to find out the nature of the problem and provide a solution.
- Maintain all customer KPI, generate reports, document issues and create a knowledge base.
Salary:
4 Year Graduates (BE/BTech):
- During the training period a stipend of Rs. 12000/- PM will be paid.
- After successful completion of the training, a salary of Rs 3,00,000 P.A will be paid.
3 Year Graduates (BCA/BSc/BBA/BCom):
- During the training period a stipend of Rs. 8000/- PM will be paid.
- After successful completion of the training, a salary of Rs 2,80,000 P.A will be paid.
