Qualification:
- MBA, PGDM, BE, BTech (IT, Computers or Electronics & Telecommunication) with 0-5 years of relevant knowledge of Cards & Payment, Banking Industry.
Job Description:
- Performing Settlement through RTGS with zero issues for all products in NPCI.
- Handling Settlement and Dispute Management related support for IMPS, AEPS & UPI Operations.
- Responding to the member bank queries on timely basis.
- Onboarding new banks and initiating NBIN addition requests.
- Communication to member Banks regarding new bank joining formalities
- Should follow the instructions/ad hoc work given by the reporting managers on day to day basis
- Knowledge of MS-Office ( MS-WORD, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Good communication skills
